This listing is made up of 2 independent condos next to each other in gated community. Both condos are beachfront condos located in El Dorado. To get from one condo to the next, you will need to exit one condo and enter the next condo. The space These two fully furnished condos are as follows: First condo has 3 bedrooms ( 2 bedroom on 1st floor & 1 bedroom on 2nd floor) and 2.5 bathrooms spread out over 2 floors. There's a 2 car attached garage. Second condo has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom on 1st floor & 2nd bedroom on 2nd floor) and 2 bathrooms spread out across 2 floors. There's a 2 car attached garage. Each condo has a kitchen. The 5 bedrooms is ideal for 10 guests. However, if guests bring 2 extra beds and towels, 4 more guests welcome for maximum occupancy of 14 guests between the two condos. IMPORTANT NOTE: The resort in which this condo are located will only issue 10 swimming pool passes between the 2 condos. Children 12 and under do not need pool passes and so not count towards the 10 pool passes. Onsite amenities include swimming pools, tennis courts, resort beach, pickle ball courts and 18-hold golf course. Check-in time is 3P - 8PM. After 8PM, there's an extra $25 fee which goes to cover my assistant who will work after hours to check you in.
