Great apartment with a view of Cerro de la Silla

Amazing 2 bedroom apartment, with huge 30m2 main bedroom with king size bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and a balcony with a stunning view of Cerro de la Silla, two bathrooms, kitchen with basics to cook (oil, salt, pans), TV, fridge, microwave oven, A/C in each room, coffee machine and drinking water. Close to shopping malls and supers. We are a 10 min drive from Tec de Monterrey, 20 min from San Pedro Center and 25 min from Monterrey Downtown. Please review the Rules section before booking. The space We are taking all necessary measures for you to have a safe stay. You can access independently taking the keys from a keybox. Every room has two windows and ceiling-fans for ventilation, and we clean and desinfect thoroughly after each guest. The apartment has a lot of light and ventilation. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a desk, closet and full bathroom. The second room has 2 twin beds, a desk, closet and a full bathroom. It also has a balcony where you can seat in one of the two comfy chairs available and enjoy the amazing view of the Cerro de la Silla and the park across the street. The balcony is not recommended for children who tend to want to jump over to see the park. There is a kitchen with a gas stove that has everything you need to cook the basics including oil, salt, pans, plates, glasses, and things to keep everything clean and tidy. We offer complementary coffee, tea, and drinking water. The table is for four and there is a comfy couch in the livingroom. We have internet (50MB) and Netflix on the TV, a hairdryer and an iron. Guest access The apartment has an independent entrance. If you wish, you can arrive independently and take the keys from a keybox or we can greet you upon your arrival, show you the place and hand you the keys.
