Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house with the exception of the utility room and garage. Other things to note Guest Policy Our base rate covers up to 6 guests, and the cabin comfortably sleeps up to 10. Please include everyone in your party, no matter their age, when booking. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed—this helps us keep your stay safe and enjoyable. Age Requirement All guests should be 25 or older, unless children are staying with their parent or legal guardian. Check-In / Check-Out Standard check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. We sometimes offer early check-in (from 1 PM) for $60 or late check-out for $25/hour, depending on our schedule. Just ask in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note late check-outs without approval will incur the applicable fee. Rental Agreement & House Rules A signed rental agreement is required via DocuSign.
