Parking available on demand The space The LANZA 14 tourist apartment building has been completely renovated. It has a free locker exclusively for our guests, and a rooftop terrace with solarium and a small pool for the exclusive use of guests. Parking spaces are also available in a nearby building (not included in the price and on request). Apartment 04, located on the first floor, can accommodate 4 guests with two bedrooms and two bathrooms en suite. The living room is bright and connected to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has two balconies to the street. The building has an elevator adapted for people with reduced mobility. The apartments are designed for acoustic and thermal comfort, and an efficient hot water production system has been installed. A free washer and dryer is also provided on the second floor for guests of the building. Guest access Enabling our guests to enter the building and their apartment independently seems to us essential by means of a code and to have a left-luggage service for our guests as well. Both combined make it to the building and leave the luggage does not depend on the time of check in and the day back home, our guest does not have to carry your luggage until the time of departure of your flight or train. The terrace-solarium located on the roof of the building is available to our guests, as well as the pool with sun loungers and tables. We have centralized the washer and dryer to serve our guests. It is located on the second floor. We have enabled a part of the roof to be able to lay. Other things to note Parking is not included in the price. Its price is € 15 per night and is subject to availability. Once the parking space has been reserved, the facility is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss of belongings in the parking included with the accommodation. Please make sure that the car is properly locked and parked in the assigned parking space before your departure. Early Check in / Late Check out service. THIS SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.If on the day of your arrival in Seville you want to enter the apartment before the set time for the delivery of keys (15.00) and ONLY if there is availability, we can offer you an early check in for a small supplement of € 30.00 for early check-in from 2:00 p.m. On the other hand, if the day of your departure you need to make a late departure (after 11.00 am) we can offer you the Late Check out service, ONLY if there is availability, for a small supplement of € 30.00 for departures after 12.00, although the maximum time of stay in the apartment is 18.00 The hot water production system is individual for each apartment. It consists of an accumulator tank of 250-300 liters of hot water at 50º centidegrees. It is an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly system, but it does not stop being a limited amount of hot water being an accumulator, so we recommend a rational use of it. We are very happy with its operation, as we have not received indications about a lack of hot water from our guests and, in addition, we are avoiding CO2 emissions due to energy savings achieved. With the determined intention to fulfill our tax obligations and Andalucia’s tourist rules, we have decided, in order to guarantee the rights of our guests, signing a lease where the conditions of your stay (price, input and output, days of stay, cancellation policy, etc.) are listed. All conditions are linked with house rules and other specifications, included in this advertisement. Likewise, the contract specifies the rights and obligations of both owner and guests, by the tourist regulations. The entrance to the apartment is through an access code. We will send you all the necessary information on the day of your arrival, once you have completed the registration form. Arrival time is between 15:00 and 23:00. For arrivals before 15.00 we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be free and ready. Please check with us in advance. We will do our best to facilitate your arrival before 15:00. For the face-to-face mode you must notify us 48h before your arrival in order to organize the check-in. It is important that you notify us before 48h in order to be able to provide you with this service. For on-site check-in, all guests must be present.
