B&B Villa EraGea - Camere Superior

Superior Rooms are double rooms equipped with modern comforts inside the Villa EraGea B&B with pool, solarium and garden in Matino, Salento. With air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, TV, internet, hair dryer, direct exit to the courtyard etc. The space Superior Rooms are cozy double solutions within a luxury BB. The Rooms are located on the lower floor of the luxury bed and breakfast. Furnished with fine furniture, they are all complete with air conditioning, private bathroom with large shower, TV, hairdryer, personal bar, linen service and internet. Superior rooms have a large window overlooking the inner courtyard. Each room has 2 comfortable pool loungers and a dedicated sun umbrella. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 12pm to 11pm) and check-out (from 5.00 am to 11am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Change of bed linen, each 5 days. - Change of bath linen, each 3 days. - Tidying up of accommodation with change of bathroom linen, for day - Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00. - Shared Pool available from April to October. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Rooms are on the basement floor. - Shared Garden, barbecue and washing machine (by fee prior request). - No kitchen.
