New Modern House in Sonoma Valley's Best Area

Our modern house, which sleeps four in two separate spaces (a bedroom and a large office) has everything you could ask for when visiting the wine country: expansive decks, outdoor furniture and a high-end grill to enjoy the outdoors. Our living room has contemporary furniture with glass, accordion doors that bring the outside in. Great views of lots of open space. WiFi enabled. Enjoy our wireless Sonos stereo system. Stream a movie using NetFlix or Amazon Prime. (Unfortunately, we do not have cable channels. ) The house, equipped with air conditioning, has plenty of privacy and shares two acres with a main house, which is next door. It's set amongst California live oaks and Bay trees. A “winter” creek runs through the property. We have redtail hawks, wild turkeys, deer and the occasional fox. Take a walk down the quiet country lane or better yet, bring bikes and enjoy one of Sonoma’s best biking regions. We are in walking distance of one of Sonoma’s best regional parks, Annadel State Park. Historic Jack London State Park is only 15 minutes by car and Sugarloaf State Park is 10 minutes away. The cute town of Kenwood is only five minutes by car. Glen Ellen’s top rated restaurants are 15 minutes and the downtown of Sonoma is 25 minutes. Quiet and secluded, the house is also just minutes from some of Sonoma Valley’s best and most picturesque wineries, including Ledson, Kunde and St. Francis. Go green.
