Other things to note MARINAS, BOAT LAUNCH and TRAILER PARKING:: If you are bringing your own boat – the Deerfield Marina has a boat launch ramp and is only 3 miles by road from the lake house. Also nearby, there is the Springs Dock Marina 6.5 miles away by road. Typically there is room to park a boat trailer on the road by the house, if not Deerfield has a designated trailer storage for a nominal fee. LAKE RESTAURANTS NEARBY: Enjoy the nearby Tiki Bar Restaurant at Deerfield Marina only 3 miles away from house by car. Dine at the Shanghai Restuarant only 15 minutes by boat.
