This is the top floor apartment of a 4-bedroom older home. It has 2 bedrooms on top floor, one with a King size bed. The other bedroom has full size bed, complete with dresser. Small but manageable bathroom with stacked washer and dryer, nice little open kitchen that extends into dining area which is nice sized room with nice dining oak table 4 chairs. The King size bed is Super nice, has small bedside stand, with electric outlets for charging. Bathtub with shower, 155 channel free satellite TV. The space Living room has a full-size sofa hideabed, 2 recliners, 50" flat screen TV, 155 accessible satellite channels, TV, free Netflix, YouTube, etc. Small kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, toaster, garbage disposal, dishwasher, etc. Stack-on washer and dryer in bathroom, if your short, need to use step stool to reach on switch for dryer. Nice dining room with oak table and 4 chairs. Guest access Total top floor access only, cannot enter or exit to the lower duplex from inside, door is kept locked on both sides between upstairs and downstairs. North side of garage, regular sized car will fit, has low ceiling so no tall vehicles. The garage is a shared space. Other things to note Must remain Motel quiet as we sometimes have guests in lower section of the home. No kids under 5 please due to noise concerns. No inside pets! This home is approximately 70 years old; we have worked hard to make it appealing, but you must expect some minor deficiencies you could expect from a house of this age.
