There are three bedrooms and two baths; with a capacity of up to eight guests. The eat-in kitchen has full-size appliances, as well as the items needed to cook up a delicious meal. At the rear of the home there is an elevated wooden deck with a seating area. A propane grill is also provided for the grill master of your group. Two vehicles are permitted to park at this unit in the adjacent driveway. Golf carts are available to be rented on site, and are by far the preferred way to see all of PIB. Island Club Rental Homes: Guests have the full use of their entire rental home, the yard around the house, the deck, and the driveway (up to 2 cars). Guest have shared use of the pool area. Located in the center of the island. Put-in-Bay Rentals: Guests have the full use of their rental unit. Parking is available onsite. Guest have shared use of the pool area and the taxi shuttle service. Full-size vehicle parking is extremely limited on the island! Put-in-Bay Waterfront Condos/Island Club Rental Homes/Put-in-Bay Rentals: The official season runs from April 1 through October 31. The "busy" season with pools open on the island is Labor Day through Memorial Day. Check ferry schedules for sail times as they do not run 24/7. Put-in-Bay is in the State of Ohio, USA, so all applicable state laws are in effect, including the fact that golf carts are licensed motor vehicles.
