Come stay at our beautifully renovated single story home. This house is perfect for a quick trip to Portland or a long term rental. Close to downtown, Amaterra, Nike, Intel, the Oregon Zoo, Forest Park, Washington Park, etc! Drive 20 minutes to Oregon Wine Country, an hour to the Oregon Coast, or an hour to Mt Hood. We have all brand new furniture and high end mattresses, fully stocked kitchen, brand new gorgeous bathrooms, high end appliances, etc. This will be your home away from home! The space The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an extra bonus/tv room, laundry room, and fully fenced backyard. The 3 bedrooms include: Master bedroom with a king bed, second bedroom with a queen bed, third bedroom with a twin bed and a crib. There is an additional front fully enclosed sitting room with a glass panel door. It does not have a closet but there is a dresser and a TV. There is a non-sleeper sofa in that room and we do provide a queen air mattress and linens for the air mattress. Many of our guests use it as an additional 4th bedroom with the sofa and queen air mattress. The garage is not available to guests. There is parking for two vehicles available in the driveway. Guest access The garage will not be available to guests. It will remain locked during your stay. However there is parking available in the driveway for two vehicles and there is ample street parking in front of the home on the opposite side of the street. Other things to note The home is not fully ADA compliant but is very comfortable for guests with disabilities. To enter the home you will have to step up a couple of inches over the threshold, but once inside the home it is a single level. The master bathroom has a roll in shower, extra wide doorway into the bathroom, and grab bars in the shower.
