Our beautiful 17th century Breton farmhouse blends naturally into the environment with its granite schist stones from the region. The space In a magnificent 17th century farmhouse, our group gîte "La Grande Maison", classified 3 stars in the furnished tourist category, offers accommodation with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms for a total capacity of 14 people. Do you want to gather your tribe, organize a family reunion, or simply enjoy your holidays with friends and family? This authentic place will meet your desires. With a quiet location and close to the banks of the Rance and its hiking trails, our large gîte welcomes you just 5 kilometers from Dinan. The rooms are spacious and equipped with "DUAULT-BREIZH" bedding and high quality "LINVOSGES" bed linen and towels. For your comfort, your beds are made upon arrival and towels/pool sheets are available in your rooms. You have 2 private south and north terraces with furniture and your own barbecue area, access to the heated and secure swimming pool (10 x 5 m) shared with the other cottages and the playground of the Domaine. The various games, darts, petanque balls, ping-pong rackets, badminton, trampoline balls and other games are available for guests to use. Small garden tables and benches are scattered throughout the Domaine to rest and contemplate the lush nature. There's also a living room, TV and reading area For your food scraps, our 8 hens will be happy to eat them The swimming pool is open in season from May 1 to September 30 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Other things to note Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided.
