The flat can accommodate up to 6 people (three double bedrooms) and is located on the 2nd floor of a building without lift. The property is located in a central area of ​​Palermo, at the entrance to the famous historic market of Ballarò and a few steps from the Central Station. *Airport shuttle service from/to Palermo Airport available upon request* The space The inside is organized on two levels: LOWER LEVEL: - THREE BEDROOMS with double bed and clothes stand; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC; - TWO BALCONIES accessible from two bedrooms. UPPER LEVEL: - KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, electric kettle, electric oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC; - TERRACE with outdoor furniture (sofa, armchairs and tables). FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi (fiber), A/C (split in every room of the house), independent heating, washing machine, iron, drying rack and hairdryer. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - Currently the BATHROOM on the lower level is NOT serviceable, due to maintenance work. - If you are traveling with children, pay attention to the stairs to access the upper floor (PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION TO THE RAILING). - Pets allowed on request and with the payment of a supplement to be defined upon booking. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
