Note: THIS LOVEY WATERFRONT COTTAGE IS ONLY FOR THOSE RENTERS WHO TAKE THEIR ALL GARBAGE AND RECYCLE WITH THEM WHEN CHECK OUT. WE HAVE NO GARBAGE PICK UP SERVICE AT ALL. The space This three + bedroom, SPECTACULAR waterfront cottage is located on the shores of Dorcas Bay near the historic Village of Tobermory. The open concept living room, kitchen/dining area provides a seating arrangement for six and seating for 4 more at the lake side deck or the front patio. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave The spacious living room has a 55" 4K HD Smart television, Blu-ray player, comfortable couch, love seat and chair for relaxing after a days hike while watching the waves of Lake Huron roll in. On this same level you with find 2 bedrooms both with a queen size bed and a four piece bathroom with tub shower combo. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Off the living room, down a small flight of stairs there is a cozy sunroom with a double bed and love seat. Further down the hall from the sunroom is a third bedroom with a set of single bunk beds. Take the stairs up to the loft where you will find a queen bed and a two piece bathroom. Trees surrounding the cottage provide a lovely private setting. There are two decks on the property. There is a wooden deck at the entrance of the cottage that is a perfect place to sit and have your wake-up coffee in the morning sun. The new lakeside deck is a wonderful place to relax, read and eat your meals while watching the waves roll in. This deck has a table which seats 4 with a large umbrella for shade and two person bench. A beautiful view of Lake Huron and the evening sunsets are a sight to behold from this deck! You have your choice of recreational activities here. Whether you want to spend your time exploring the shores of Lake Huron by kayak or have a fun game of volley-ball on sandy court...also a great spot for the little ones to build sand castles. In the evening enjoy smores, ghost stories and the stars down by the lakeside firepit. Tobermory and Bruce Peninsula National Park have become destination locations for families that enjoy outdoor activities. Don't forget to visit the world class visitor center with its interactive and education displays, movie and viewing tower. You can enjoy a day trip to Singing Sands, Flowerpot Island and view shipwrecks through the glass bottom of the boat. Hiking trails are abundant including the Bruce Trail. There is so much to do, you will have to return next year. No Fireworks are allowed at the cottage in any condition. Renter guests will be evacuated immediately if found involved in fireworks. GUESTS MUST TAKE THEIR ALL GARBAGE WITH THEM - NO EXCUSE
