The villa is on three floors, reachable by stairs or elevator. The ground floor consists of a living room with open kitchen and seating area with Manutti sofa bed for 2 guests. The big glass walls overlooks the outdoor area with swimming pool, solarium with beach beds and umbrellas, porch and outdoor shower. On the first floor there is the sleeping area, which consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedroom and a twin bedroom. One of the double bedroom has access to a terrace with a breathtaking view. The second floor is a spacious terrace with half bath, solarium and covered dining areas with an amazing view on the sea. An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Mandatory towels fee: euro 25 per person per week to pay upon arrival. - Pool available from May to October. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 120 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - One bathroom is a toilet. - Shared electric gateway. - Just small size pets are allowed with an extra cost. - Every Saturday, there will be a mandatory check of the pool by the technician. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 1000 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer.
