Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 full bath - minutes from Historic St. Charles Main Street, Lindenwood, Ameristar and many other awesome St. Charles destinations! Main floor has full kitchen, dining room, a full bath and laundry area, a spacious living room with a sectional couch can sleep 1, desk, board games, Wi-Fi, and a TV. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs with a pocket door to allow for privacy. Home can accommodate up to 5. Lots of natural light, exposed brick wall & beautifully updated The space The entire space is yours to enjoy! Backyard is large and accommodates both sides, so you may see a neighbor out back! Guest access Front door and back door! Other things to note Local Guests: Additional security deposit of $250 will need to be sent before access information is provided. Couch photos are not current - there is a leather sectional that sleeps 1 person comfortably and an air mattress available as well. The bedrooms are upstairs and the steps are steeper since this is a very old home and everything else is on the main level. Our home is professionally cleaned by a cleaning company and all linens are professionally laundered between guests! Dogs are welcome! Under 50 pounds preferred and housebroken please. $50 fee - not allowed on the furniture or in the linens - up to an additional $50 can be charged if this occurs. The fee is based on possibility of needing to replace linens or excessive cleaning time removing fur from furniture for our next guests. NO CATS UNLESS APPROVED.
