This spacious 2100 s.f. pool home is the perfect spot for a fun filled vacation on Boca Ciega Bay. Relax by the large pool (and hot tub!), swim a few laps, watch the dolphins play or enjoy fishing from your private dock (Poles provided!). Fire up the grill and cook your catch on the patio (Grill provided). The sugar white sands of Treasure Island, restaurants and shopping are just a short walk or drive from this great water front getaway. **pool / spa heat is not possible below 55degF.** Guests will be able to access the home through an automated key pad entry system. A code will be provided as you check in and will change for each guest. The neighborhood is wonderful. Treasure Island Beach is only 1 mile away, and St. Pete beach is 5 miles away. There are several terrific restaurants and beach bars only blocks from the home. I really enjoy Middle Grounds, Ricky-Ts, R-Bar (great raw menu!), and anything on John's Pass. Please keep Don's Dock @ John's Pass in mind if you want to buy fresh fish to grill, or if you need bait to fish at the home! They will fillet today's catches right on the dock for you! Car Rentals are always a good idea, but Uber / Lyft is a great way to get to and from the beach or local bars/ restaurants. Please note that there are two high quality, queen size air mattresses in the laundry room of the home. The pull out couch also pulls out into a memory foam sleeper. We ask that these items are put back in original packaging/condition after being used. Pool and Spa heat is not provided if the ambient air temperature drops below 55 degrees F. While this is rare for the region it is possible during winter months. There is a vessel docked at the home. Boarding of this vessel is not permitted by guests. The boat is under video surveillance. Please note that this is the only area under video surveillance. There is no video surveillance of pool spa or inside the home. Thank you.
