Our home offers a view of the entire Monterey Bay and sits atop a hilltop with lots of privacy. 1 big room with queen bed and a futon in the living room that turns into a bed and a beautiful deck with your own private hot tub. ***Mind you: we have a long-term tenant (Margarita) in the bottom unit. The space This hill top villa sits 345 feet above sea level with beautiful unobstructed views of Monterey bay from Monterey to Santa Cruz. Setting back on the edge of Moss Landing near the Elkhorn Slough. Featuring a lovely outside deck and view from the living room and bedroom. Private estate property. This space is located behind the main home, and is attached to another apartment unit that is downstairs on the first floor. Guest access Enjoy your personal parking with easy access to the villa, private deck with seating. Open Living room, modern kitchen with all the amenities, New bathroom shower with a double vanity and full size bedroom with lounge area. ***Mind you: this is part of a two unit structure l- your unit is on the second floor and our long-term tenant is on the bottom floor. Other things to note -Located 1 mile from the Elkhorn Slough and Estuary. -Pet fee is $50 (2 pets max) -Parking: if you do not feel comfortable baking out of your designated parking which is a long driveway, please park in front of the main home. -Main home is separate and located in the front of the property. You have your own private entrance that allows you to pull all the way in to your unit while completely avoiding the main home. Note that there is a separate unit below you which is occupied. -Max occupancy is 3 guests. Bringing more guests will result in canceling the reservation. -Hot Tub Disclaimer: The hot tub is new and currently working. However, by reserving this listing, you accept that if at anytime during your stay, the hot tub does not work, you will not receive a refund as a result. Mind you, I will do everything I can in my power to fix it immediately but I have no control on arrival of parts and or scheduling a tech the same day. -Restaurants: Ichiban (Suchi, 5 miles), Lemongrass (Thai, 5 miles), Phil’s Fish Market (5 miles).
