The kitchen is up-to-date including microwave, dishwasher, and a full-sized refrigerator to store food and beverages of your choice. A smooth-top electric range, cooking utensils, dishes, and small appliances are yours to use if you are motivated to make your own meals and perhaps dine or enjoy your morning coffee on the verdant patio. On a picturesque and quiet residential street, it is only one block to a huge park and lake. One mile to downtown St. Petersburg--a moderate walk, 10 minute bike or bus ride, or an inexpensive Uber/Lyft to its breweries, entertainment and dining options, art venues, boutique shopping, museums, Tampa Bay Rays baseball, and the University of South Florida St. Petersburg campus. Tampa Bay beaches and a public swimming pool are 10 minutes and a 20 minute drive puts you on beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches previously included at the top of “Dr. Beach’s” surveys. Freeway access to all of Florida is a 5 minute drive and about 20 minutes to either St. Petersburg/Clearwater or Tampa International airports. No smoking on the premises, no children, no pets, and no events. Electric vehicle charging is expressly prohibited. Bedroom one has a queen-size bed. Bedroom two has a full-size bed. The patio includes a bistro table and 4 chairs. Rainy weather? The covered front porch can be your outdoor lounging area with its additional seating. The nearby park includes a one-mile walking/bicycle path circling the lake, pickleball and tennis courts. It is also a wildlife lover’s delight where you may see turtles, otters, water birds, and resident monk parakeets. For those wishing to dine nearby several restaurants are located just 4 blocks distant on the opposite side the lake with additional dining choices within a couple of blocks.
