One of the best parts of staying here is the location. The San Juan River is just down the road and offers incredible fly fishing, scenic river walks, and breathtaking mountain views. The surrounding area is filled with beautiful hiking trails, wildlife, and fresh mountain air. In the winter, enjoy easy access to Wolf Creek Ski Resort, known for receiving more snowfall than any ski resort in Colorado. In the summer, spend your days hiking, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or exploring everything Pagosa Springs has to offer. Guests will have full access to Unit A and the driveway parking area during their stay. Please note that the garage and locked owner storage spaces are not accessible to guests. A non-refundable $125 pet fee will be charged—just include your pup in the guest count when booking, and the fee will be added automatically. Please note: pets are not allowed on any furniture. If excessive pet hair or evidence of pets on furniture is found, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the card used for your reservation.
