Outdoor living room with bar, television and ping pong table. Beautiful beach sunsets, 5 star hotels, gourmet dining and top rated surf spots close by. The space There is a small upstairs apartment with a separate entrance attached to the house. The back yard, side yard and all common areas are for your use only. The tenant is a longtime friend of ours and and enters from a private set of stairs on the side of the house. The only shared items are the washer and dryer in the garage.
