The house has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and sleeps 8+ in bedrooms and separate family room; another 2 in the cabin. This special retreat has an open, fully equipped kitchen with baking nook, large living/dining space with wood stove, office with high speed wireless internet, and a finished basement/playroom with radiant heat. The house has a dishwasher and washer/dryer. In addition to the interior, there is a large screened porch, as well as numerous decks with views of the gardens and the mountains. A separate, cozy cabin with a sleeping loft and a wood fired stove overlooks the swimming pond. A beautiful trail circles our forest and connects into a longer trail network ideal for cross-country skiing, running, mountain biking and snowshoeing. Five Trees is located about 15-20 mins from Stowe, 30 mins from Smugglers Notch, and 1 hour from Burlington. The area is wonderful for hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking/canoeing, skiing (cross country and downhill), skating, and snowshoeing. No pets, no smoking. 1 hour from Burlington, 2 hours from Montreal, 3 hours from Boston.
