Enjoy your friend, family or me time in style by this beautiful large lake property! 2-bedroom, 1 bath vacation rental set on the main lake of Holcombe! Since 2018, we have accommodated guests and they just keep coming back to our place and the area! We are located by water straight across from Phat Bob's at Big Swedes Resort. The space OUTDOORS: Spend summers right here with a huge private yard, low bank and wide boat dock that's all yours! Lots to do including kayaks, water- noodles, tire swing, hammock, firepit (wood/kindling provided), cornhole and ladder golf. Don't forget your fishing pole as many guests cast right off our dock! Swimming is superb just dive off the end of our dock or take a few stairs off our dock to knee deep water and float. Enjoy Fall colors by UTV and access the trails right from our property. Winter guests love to access snowmobile lake trails to visit local establishments or hit our great trail system. DINING: Fully equipped kitchen with ice machine, slow cooker, toaster, towels, dish soap, coffee bar & snacks, spices and condiments. Seating indoors for 10 at our large dining table/peninsula. Outdoor seating for 10 plus at wicker dining set with umbrella, picnic table or adirondack chairs. Cook outside with our gas grill or tripod over the firepit including cooking utensils for smores or burgers. INDOOR LIVING: Sleeps 10, Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Twin low profile bunk beds (perfect for toddlers) and pack-n-play, Living Room: Two large Futons with gas fireplace. Smart Roku streaming TV's in each room, DVD player with movies, board games, puzzles, kids toys, cards, dice, dominoes. Black out curtains to ensure comfort and privacy. PARKING: Large concrete driveway with room for 2 full size trucks and trailers plus street parking. PET FRIENDLY: Most public establishments in the area allow leashed dogs on site outside. There is a pet fee per pet and max of 2 pets. Pets need to be less than 50 lbs, up to date on vaccinations, supervised and leashed when outside. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended at property without permission. We have a large property but do live in a residential area and want to be respectful of our neighbors and abide by town ordinances. Please provide breed and details of pet prior to booking. GENERAL: Free High Speed WiFi, complimentary toiletries, A/C & central heat, hair dryer and trash bags. SMOKING: Permitted outdoors only NOT LISTED? Just ask as we have been doing this since 2018 and probably can accommodate as just up the road. Guest access The cabin and yard. The garage is not part of shared property. Other things to note To respect our neighbors and for insurance reasons we do not allow aerial fireworks or campers.
