Set down a long landscaped driveway, it's situated directly in the sun's path and is completely private and quiet and surrounded by beautiful trees. The house is furnished with luxurious bedding, linens, towels and toiletries in each guest room and (6) newly renovated full bathrooms. With six (6) true bedrooms (5 of which are ensuite and 1 set up as a kids room), this home can fit the whole family and then some. The home's most prominent feature is an oversized pool and brand new pool house, outfitted with fridge, dishwasher, ice machine and set up as a bar for the perfect poolside drinking spot. There is also a hot tub, regulation sized bocce court, children's swingset, 12-person outdoor dining table, and couch lounge area (perfect for happy hour.) The pool can also be equipped with safety fencing around the perimeter, if needed. The kitchen has a huge professional grade oven and all of the appliances one would need including dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine . There are two primary bedroom suites, each with king sized beds, so no one has to choose who gets the biggest bedroom. Two other rooms have queen-sized beds, in addition to the perfect Jack and Jill room for the kids with 2 twin beds and Marimekko bedding. Lastly, if needed, there is a kid’s room with twin bed and changing table. The first primary suite has a gigantic primary bathroom with steam shower and hot tub, while the second primary bedroom is over 500 square feet with an extra day bed and a private outdoor balcony that overlooks the pool area. There is also separate laundry room off of the kitchen to wash all of the towels from the pool and beach time. The house is a quick bike ride (1 mile) to a gorgeous, undiscovered private bay beach, a quick 3 mile drive to Coopers Beach and Southampton Main Street, and walking distance to 4 golf courses including the famous Shinnecock Golf Course. This house is our home away from home in the city and is rarely rented, so it is set up and furnished for ourselves and our own guests, not just a rental. We often entertain our friends and family here and have found that it is the perfect layout for multiple families. With three bedrooms on one side of the house and three on the other, you always have your privacy and then can convene together poolside or at the pool house. It's a truly unique space that is the perfect Hamptons experience, being close to the beaches, town and usually under a 2 hour drive from Manhattan.
