Located just across the street from the beach with a covered air-conditioned skywalk to access the huge Gulf front pool, miniature lazy river, and hot tubs! The Northside of the complex has indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub, workout facility, and sauna. Our unit is decorated to make you feel relaxed and at home while on vacation. The unobstructed view is second to none; the balcony will quickly become your favorite spot in the condo. You not only get this spectacular view from the living room area but the master bedroom as well. Nothing could be better than relaxing in a king-size bed with an endless view of the beautiful Gulf! The guest bedroom has a queen bed for your additional guests. After working up an appetite on the beach all day, you will find our kitchen fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. The unit also has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two months) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria mark are subject to cancellation by management. Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
