Walk to the iconic Porcupine Grill and Bar, Eight Settlers Distillery/Restaurant, and the best coffee, pastry, or gelato in town at Alpha Coffee house. Book now...thank yourself later! This is a multi level townhome that has been completely renovated and offers all of the comforts of home and then some. The various half levels offer just the right amount of privacy between bedrooms and living spaces. I make this my home in the warm season and share it with guests when the snow flies. I also manage other vacation homes for a living and take great pride in offering super clean, comfortable, and elegant vacation homes with the best guest service. You will have full use of the entire home, private hot tub, and two car garage. The only exception to that is that the closet space is reserved for owner storage. All bedroom drawers will be for your use, and there are many hooks and hangers to take care of your belongings. I welcome interaction as my travelers desire, but also fully respect your privacy and will adjust my interactions based on your lead. NOTE: I manage this and other vacation homes in the area and may need to enter the garage on occasion to access tools or supplies as this is my primary residence outside of the ski season. I will always be respectful of your privacy when doing so. Nestled in mature trees, the CRCC is the perfect secluded home base for the Big and Little Cottonwood ski resorts and is the only location in the area with walkable restaurants, gourmet coffee house, Ski shop (The Lift House), and a convenience store for late night runs. I highly recommend that ski travelers rent their own four wheel drive vehicle. 4 wheel or chains are required to access the resort canyons during storm events and will offer you the most freedom to enjoy the area. Ski buses are available, but are often full this close to the canyon and must be caught up route. I will have a link in my welcome letter for your convenience.
