All hard surfaces are cleaned with a mild bleach solution. In addition, heavily touched surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, remotes, etc are cleaned with an alcohol based solution a minimum of 2 times on separate days. Soft surfaces such as linens, towels, curtains, rugs and carpets are washed/shampooed between each stay. Cleaning crew members must be cough and other symptom free and have a temperature check performed before being allowed in one of our homes.
