With all the comfort and convenience of home, it is ideal or families in housing transition, homeowners having insurance work completed or in need of a Renovation Refuge, professionals on extended work assignments, and traveling nurses. All utilities, internet and cable are included in short-term leases. The Security Deposit is negotiable for shorter stays. The term of the lease is also negotiable. We are eager to work with you to accommodate your unique schedule and needs. When you enter, you'll notice what so many others have before you - this house has "a good vibe". And it does. For sure that comes from a combination of attractive decor, lots of natural light and exceptional cleanliness. But it also comes from all the love and care that's gone into creating the perfect retreat for business and pleasure travelers who value exceptional comfort, cleanliness and convenience. The updated and finished lower level offers an equally inviting area to work or relax. Surrounding the house are many hardwoods, pines and perennials providing plenty of peaceful outdoor spots to enjoy a good book, work on your computer or nap. That's why I also provide hotel-quality linens and towels, access to laundry facilities for stays of 7 days or more and all the kitchen accessories you'll need to prepare healthy meals the way you want. These points are covered in our House Rules but are worth repeating here: - Our Pet Fee is $300 per stay. We accept a maximum of two small, well-behaved, litter trained dogs by approval only. Pet fees will be sent as a separate payment request. - Since the pandemic, we have a 30-night minimum. - Local tax and cleaning fees are additional We have found that a written and signed agreement detailing the rights and obligations affecting you and your group and the Owner/Host is the best way to ensure that we all share the same understanding of our rental relationship. Therefore, you will be asked to sign an electronic Guest Agreement. In the event your pet(s) are approved for stay, you will also be asked to sign a Pet Addendum which covers our expectations for our four-legged guests.
