Our home was completely renovated about eight years ago. The first floor has been recently repainted and redecorated. Our home is approximately 3.3 miles from the base of Mt. Sunapee and Lake Sunapee. It is perfect for a cozy, smaller, family style atmosphere. The outside, common, entertainment, area is an awesome gathering spot for a fun time . There is a horseshoe pit, firepit, volleyball/badminton, ultimate frisbee and cornhole games. The space We have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer on site. Our kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The home is nestled on a spacious lot accented by apple trees and lilac bushes. We are located near the NH snowmobile trail systems and a 5 minute drive to Lake Sunapee and Mount Sunapee. You will have acess to the private beach on beautiful Lake Sunapee. There are many restaurants located close by. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and spacious yard with a common recreational area. Other things to note The common outdoor entertainment area has been completed. This grass covered area has a horseshoe pit, fire pit, volleyball/badminton, ultimate frisbee and cornhole.
