It features a pull down Murphy bed, comfortable sofa, 50" smart TV and original design elements from the 1930s. Two bicycles and two beach chairs are available for use in the garage. Free parking is available 24/7 in the brick alcove directly in front of the studio. The location is very convenient for overnight guests who want to stay at the beach yet need quick access to LAX. Please note that it is located on a busy street, so there is some ambient traffic noise. Also, the bathroom is a tight fit for larger frames, feel free to inquire. A 14% transient occupancy tax is payable to the City and is listed as a separate line item. Guest access You'll have access to the entire studio, no restrictions within the living space.
