The space 'La Petite Cachette' is a completely restored historic private home and is on the National Register of Historical Places. The Guest Quarters features an open living area with full sleeper sofa, kitchen with counter for casual dining and dining table for 4. It has a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, utensils, cookware, barware) with refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Small appliances include coffeemaker, toaster, crockpot. Desk space has Wifi. Cable flatscreen TV, DVD, and alarm/safety system are included. Games, puzzles, and DVDs are available. The bedroom has a queen size bed with large closets. There is a safety ladder in closet. The new bathroom has shower/tub combination. The balcony overlooking the pool is perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage. The French doors and many windows give inviting views all around. This is truly a unique retreat! The saltwater pool is semi-private and is located in the backyard area of the property. The pool is shared with the guest from the Main House. *All TVs in the cottage have a ROKU for streaming as well as an antenna for local channels. There's a Weber charcoal grill on the pool deck for your use also. We also have four-seat electric golf carts available to rent during your stay. *Pets are allowed on an individual basis. Please call for questions. *Cancellation Policy: Must notify 14 days before arrival date for refund. *We DO NOT allow rehearsal dinners, weddings, receptions, showers, stag parties, bachelor parties, large parties, etc. on the premises. *Guests must be at least 25 years old.
