The first floor features an open and airy living, dining, and kitchen area complete with a breakfast bar, a dishwasher, a freestanding wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), a widescreen monitor, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a second bedroom with 1-full sized bed, a ¾-bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a large open loft sleeping area with 2-queen-sized beds and a workstation…perfect for creating your next novel (or just catching up on some boring work). You'll discover a small deck with a gas grill outside the sliding rear door. Don't forget Fido, this pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions), WiFi equipped, and monitored family vacation home will sleep up to 8 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your photography is unsurpassed year-round! OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES: **Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly. **This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
