Located on the first floor, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with access to the lanai, and one of the two large family rooms. Each bedroom in this villa has its own TV, allowing you the escape needed to catch up on your favorite shows in the privacy of your own space. Kick back and stream a movie or use any of your devices with the free Wi-Fi throughout the home, or just relax and enjoy your quiet family time. If you’re up for some family rivalry, this villa also has a ping-pong table! On the second floor, you will find the airy master bedroom with an updated en-suite. The updated master bathroom provides a jetted tub and a walk-in shower sporting multiple shower heads. 2 other guest rooms are also located on this floor, as well as a stunning, spacious remodeled kitchen with granite counters and tiled backsplash. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances you might need to create your own culinary masterpieces. The dining area seats up to 10 people, perfect for entertaining or just enjoying a meal with family and friends. Both the kitchen, dining room, and a second large family room connect to a great balcony overlooking the pool and gulf access canal located right outside the home. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Smoking is not allowed on the property. The home access code will be given 2-4 days prior to arrival and after final payment and receipt of a signed rental agreement, and copy of photo ID. The boat lift is not available to guests. There is ample dock space for your vessel if you are bringing one. Other things to note You will be required to sign receipt of our Terms and Conditions for staying in one of our Vacation Homes. This can be done electronically or in person on the day of arrival. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11.5% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
