A fourth large bedroom has a queen and two twins, private bath, and it's own private entrance. Located on a quiet part of Lake Martin, the gently sloping yard leads to a large dock with ample room for enjoying water sports or just relaxing. Fish from the dock or bring your boat. A public boat ramp is located nearby (1 mi.) and we have more than adequate space to park your boat trailer. A Weber gas grill is available for barbecuing and spend your evenings relaxing around the fire pit. Plenty of onsite parking is also available. Large garage and laundry room. We are just 15 minutes from Alex City for shopping, 30 minutes from Auburn, (great for football weekends), and 90 minutes from downtown Birmingham. Drive time to Atlanta and Birmingham airports is the same. Other recreation opportunities nearby include numerous hiking trails around the lake (the hike to Smith Mtn Fire Tower is highly recommended), golfing at the Lakewinds & Stillwaters Golf Courses, horse back riding and zip-lining at Wind Creek State Park, and numerous dining and shopping opportunities in the Alexander City and Dadeville area.
