All bath rooms were recently remodeled. New large deck overlooks the lake with deck chairs, dining area and propane grill. Lower level has 2nd living room with large TV, pool table and hot tub on outdoor patio. Outside there is a lakeside deck with lounge chairs, picnic table, fire pit, row boat, fishing poles, three adult kayaks and one child kayak, two standup paddle boards, corn hole (bags), horseshoes and other outdoor games. Soft bottom lake but water is deep enough for swimming off the dock with ladder to get in and out of the water. One week minimum from June 15 to August 31. 4 day minimum otherwise. Great central location for everything that the Leelanau Peninsula has to offer; close to Traverse City (20 min), Lake Leelanau beaches 5 min), Lake Michigan public beaches (10 min), walking distance to town of Lake Leelanau, Leland (6 min), Suttons Bay (6 min), Glen Arbor (23 min), Sleeping Bear National Park (10 to 30 mins), Cedar (15 min) and Northport (20 min).
