Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles on the large driveway. + garage ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free WiFi available throughout the home, making it easy for remote workers to remain connected. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, children's books, a high chair, toys and dinnerware, and even babysitter recommendations! Please request in advance ✹ PETS: Your dog is welcome, and there is a one-time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per booking. No other animals are alllowed. Other things to note •POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING: - The hot tub is always free to heat. - However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating, see below. - If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know 48 hours before you arrive. Extra Charges for Pool Heating: May/September: $150 per night October and April: $200 per night November, December, March: $300 per night January, February: $300 per night • EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees. • DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100.
