Woodham Dairy Farmhouse

Farmhouse living at its best in the beautiful foothills of Sonora. This guest house is on the old Woodham Dairy Farm. Enjoy the sunset in the backyard patio or stargaze all night long listening to the crickets and other wildlife. This is a 915SF 1 bedroom 1 bath house with washer and dryer, kitchen and BBQ area for dining in. Black Oak Casino is less than 5 miles and Yosemite is about 40 minutes and Dodge Ridge is also 40 minutes away. Traveling nurses will receive a special monthly rate. The space This guest house is the original milking station for Woodham Carne Dairy Farm dated 1912. Enjoy the view of the animals and the breathtaking sunsets. Guest house is near the barn so there's close access to horses, goats, sheep and the chickens! This guesthouse only offers wood stove for heat and we provide the wood. We welcome traveling nurses and will rent on a monthly basis for $2200.00. Guest access Directions: From Tuolumne Rd, make a left on Black Oak Rd and an immediate sharp left turn on N Morris Rd. If you pass the yellow 20 MPH sign, you’ve gone too far. You’ll see a brown house on the corner where you make the left. Our white farmhouse house is next door on the right where you’ll see an old farm truck. Drive up the drive way and park in front of the garage near the windmill. There’s an alley between the barn garage and regular garage where you’ll find a green door to the guesthouse. Our guests have access to the private patio and backyard. All pastures are fenced off for safety. Guest can feed the farm animals through the fence. The horses love apples and carrots. The goats and sheep love apple treats from Tractor Supply. 😀 Other things to note Entrance to the guest house is down the alley between the garages near the windmill. There is a pullout sofa bed in the living room. We provide 3 rolls of toilet paper and there is only a wood stove to heat the house. We can start the fire before guest arrival upon request. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom and a portable air conditioner in the living room.
