Come and enjoy some magic days at our Barra Villa Resort, which is well renowned for their sophisticated and playful atmosphere. The resort consists all in all of 8 lovely apartments and studios (house I with 5 units and house II with 3 units). Our accommodations are situated in the historical quarter of Fort Myers, in walking distance to Downtown and close to many sports stadiums. Whether you choose one of the apartments at our Barra Villa I or at our new house Barra Villa II - you will be thrilled by their individual style. You can relax and spend some time in one of the different lounge areas in the tropical backyard. BARRA VILLA II - Lucky us that we found and bought this cute house! The house consists of 3 units: the "Apartment Pelican", the "Apartment Flamingo" and the "Studio Turtle". Each unit has its own entrance as well as a private bathroom, kitchen, and living-/sleeping-area. The common outdoor area offers a gas grill and many different seating possibilities. If you let us know early, it’s also possible to rent the entire Villa Barra II or the entire Resort. APARTMENT BUTTERFLY Our "apartment Butterfly" consists of two separate apartments - the "Apartment Flamingo" and the "Studio Turtle" (both apartments are also available here at Airbnb). The two apartments can be converted into a spacious apartment via a connecting door. Two well-equipped kitchens and 2 shower baths are available. Furthermore, there is a total of 3 beds for up to 5 people (2 queen size beds, 1 twin bed). Of course, we also provide a baby cot for our smallest guests. Not only families with children will have enough space. Also, groups of friends or several generations of a family will feel comfortable here. Guest access washer & dryer (in a separate laundry room outside for community use), parking lots on the ground, TV (local channels), SHARED pool, WiFi Other things to note ! All our units are self-sufficient accommodations ! BUT: We offer all towels, beach towels, linen and a basic equipment of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap (for the first days).
