Our entire cottage is available to you as well as full lake access. We are very available to you if needed and we always try to stop by to greet our guests . Quiet private rural neighborhood...lake cottages are spaced far apart. Paved and gravel roads closer to lake....well maintained. Lots of places to walk and hike. Beautiful and private. No public transportation...but lots of stores (Walmart Ingles Walgreens Verizon etc) within 10 minutes. Antique shops, flea markets, movie theater, casino, pool and workout facility, riverwalk...all closeby. We provide dish tv and wifi. Our cottage is very private, located on a 22 acre lake. No motorizeed boats allowed, no water skiers. The lake is stocked with fish and we provide a jon boat and canoe. We are 15 minutes away from Ingles, walmart, walgreens, and other stores. we are located 2 hours from downtown Atlanta and Asheville, 1 1/2 hr to Chattanooga, 15 minutes to Blue Ridge, 15 minutes to Blairsville, 1 1/2 hr to Canton Ga. Basically you have all of the privacy of being hidden away with all of the major conveniences. 15 minutes to the Murphy casino. Out lake is catch and release...no fishing license required.
