Check-in Day: Check-in is at 3:00 pm  Parking: 3 cars can be entered through the cabin.  Tell the guard that you're going to condominium 909. - Access to the Condominium Access to the condominium is by the lobby, you do not need to approach the front desk, you can go directly to the elevator area.  We'll give you a code on the day of your check-in so you can access it. Please use the same code during your stay. The same code closes the front door. You can also press the "YALE" button to lock the door.   -WiFi The internet network is secure.  Username: MtzPlayaBlanca  Password:   52724179  Please DO not disconnect the white eero appliances found in kitchen bar and bedrooms, they are repeaters to expand the wifi network. -Amenities: Jacuzzi in master bedroom  Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender. 1 smart TV in social area of stay Bocina bluetooth reproductora de son. Sheets, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap in each bathroom of the house Towels: The towels are located in the closets of the bedrooms. We have beach towels, be sure to return them to the condominium if you use them at the beach. In case of loss, an extra cost of $15usd is charged. First Aid Botiquin: We have a first aid kit in the pantry area in the kitchen. Pool: The facilities have 2 pools and 2 Jacuzzis shared with guests from other condominiums.  Tennis Court & Pickle Ball Grill: Son 4 asadores (2 right side and 2 left side first floor, in the parking area) The administrator must be informed that the grill will be used. Trash: Before leaving the condominium, please make sure to remove the trash properly using the trash bags located in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Please take the bags out to the hall in the morning until 5pm, after 5pm you should not take out any trash because the cleaning service no longer collects it. Trash of boxes or big things is taken to the container area. Pets: This is a pet-friendly home. We love animals, but thank you for your cooperation with the following rules: · Pets must always be on a leash, it is not allowed to have pets without a leash. If the Playa Blanca administration reports that your pet is without a leash they will charge us a fine of $50 usd for this reason and we will charge it to your account. · We kindly ask you not to leave pets freely unattended in the condo. You are responsible for any damages during your stay. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee if you do not comply with this. Bylaws: - Be respectful of this condominium and neighbors. Playa Blanca is a quiet hotel and condominiums and as such, we require guests to avoid loud music, night parties and large group gatherings. If we receive a noise complaint, we'll need to contact the Playa Blanca manager. -In a second noise complaint, it will be evicted. - No smoking inside the condominium. If our cleaning staff detects a cigarette smell inside the condominium, you will be charged $300 usd. The smell of cigarettes harms upcoming guests. If you smoke, you must do so outside, and make sure you have an ashtray (with water to avoid possible fires). - Check Out: Check-out is at 11:00 am (our cleaning team arrives 15 minutes after check-out time). Please let me know in advance if you need to check out later, I will do my best to resolve it. 1. WHITE Y TOWELS No need to make the beds. Please leave used towels over the washer. 2.  DISHES: Wash the last load of dishes in the dishwasher. 3.  TRASH: Before checking out please make sure the garbage is deposited in bags located in the cabinets under the dishwasher. Place them in the hallway Boxes and big things are deposited in the hotel trash dumpster. 4. Luz Y FANANICOS, please leave them off. 5. WINDOWS AND DOORS - CLOSED AND WITH INSURANCE. Please put insurance on all windows and sliding doors. 6. DEPARTURE - Please go out through the front door. Press the "YALE" button to lock the door.
