The home has a reverse floor plan, with the great room, kitchen, and dining area located on the home's top level. The kitchen features quartz counters, custom cabinetry, and upgraded stainless appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is dining for six, with four additional seats at the kitchen island. The great room is perfect for socializing while dinner is getting prepared, or relaxing into the evening in front of the gas fireplace and large wall-mounted flat screen. Sunrise Abode's primary suite is located on the main floor and is featured with a king-size bed, beautiful new linens, another wall-mounted television, and a private deck. The ensuite bath features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. A second King guestroom and full bathroom round out this floor. Downstairs, a second family room with a comfortable sectional and large television is the perfect place for the younger travelers to play, or for a second family to set up a home base. Off of the family room, find the third outdoor deck.
