Ducted air conditioning is designed for comfort rather than extreme heating or cooling. Best performance is achieved with doors and windows closed. We operate remotely. Local support is available if required. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. As we live remotely, any items left behind require a return service arranged at guest cost.
