This is a furnished 2 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms sleeps four. The condo boasts a full kitchen, and swimming pool. Close to Tangle wood park and Winston Salem. For those of you that are light sleepers, the unit is located about 30 yards from interstate 1-40. Although, there a barrier ( solid fence ) You will experience white noise. ABSOULUTLY NO PARTIES WILL BE HELD AT OR IN THIS PROPERTY! Quiet time is 9pm! Thank you. You will have access to all common areas, living room, dining room, swimming pool, kitchen, and your private bathroom in the master bedroom. This is a two bedroom condo with the second bathroom in the hall way... As much or little as you would like. I am a very friendly person, but respect my guests' need for privacy. I do not live at the condo. However, I will be available 24 hours. I live in town, 10 minutes away, and will respond quickly to text, email, or cell-phone calls. The complex also has eight police officers that live in or close to the complex. They park their police cars in plain site. You will see them when you turn into the property... Park in your designated spot in front of the condo. For nighttime festivities, it's a quick Uber ride to all the hot spots! There is a uncovered parking space with additional parking at the pool area. ( less than 20 yards from the condo parking spot)
