Guest Bedroom 3 – Two twin beds, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. Family Friendly – Pack ‘n Play, high chair, beach toys, and gear (cooler, chairs, umbrella) included. Beach Essentials – Towels provided for your convenience. In-Unit Laundry – Full-size front load washer and dryer. Easy Beach & Pool Access – Just steps away from the sand and pool with elevator access to the 2nd floor. Fully Equipped Kitchen – Keurig & drip coffee makers, toaster, blender, and tea kettle. Parking – One assigned spot plus guest spaces available for one additional car on a first-come, first-served basis. All tile floors (no carpet), regular deep cleaning, protective covers on mattresses and box springs, and a frequently sanitized washer ensure a fresh and hygienic environment. We kindly ask guests to remove shoes inside to help keep things pristine. Owner-Managed with Care: This condo is a beloved family getaway. We personally manage and maintain the space with care and attention to detail, ensuring our guests feel right at home. Important Info: During holiday weekends, the condo association may require guests to wear wristbands to access shared facilities like the pool and hot tub. Only 6 wristbands will be issued per condo and are non-transferable. The balcony is situated on the south side of the building offering sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the pool area of the neighboring Beach Cottages complex.
