Available for rent is the entire studio with a private entrance in our row house located in Petworth, Washington, D.C. Enjoy this space that offers a comfortable queen size bed, a pull-out couch, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. There is FREE street parking available too. Please, make yourself at home. The space ★★★At the Petworth Studio, we take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously. We have been closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) statements regarding the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis. During these uncertain times, we take extra steps to ensure the safety of our guests and ourselves too. - Your stay is 100% contact free - We block the studio for 24h in between guests - Our cleaning crew wears gloves and hand sanitizer is available for them - Our cleaning crew is using antibacterial products to prevent the spread of the disease - High-touch surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with antibacterial disinfectant This spacious 550 sq. ft. and fully equipped private studio apartment is on the ground level of our house. It has a private entrance located on the back of our house, private bathroom, comfortable queen size bed (sleeps 2), a pull-out couch (sleeps 2), a dining area and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. We also have utensils, plates, glasses and mugs. You can prepare basic meals, such as sandwiches and oatmeal, but please note there is no stove or a hot plate and you will not be able to cook. The studio has its own heating and cooling system, which is controlled separately from the main house. Free street parking! Note that the studio is on ground level and the ceilings is a bit lower (~6'6'' high) than your average floor height. Guest access You will have a private key less access to the studio and are welcome to come and go as you please. Other things to note !!!WE LIVE ABOVE THE STUDIO AND HAVE ACTIVE TODDLERS WHO ARE EARLY RISERS!!! Though we do our best to be mindful of guests early in the morning, you will hear us. If you’re a light sleeper, our home may not be for you! We have security cameras installed on the back entrance, be sure to smile for the camera.
