This is a fully furnished, 3 bedroom/ 2 bath with new private boathouse. Good water depth at the dock and the great fishing in any direction. The master bedroom has a nice queen sized bed, while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with a nice full sized bed (s), large sunroom furnished with a day bed and pull out bed and two twins. Bedrooms are small and all three are upstairs. Sunroom is large and downstairs opening up to lake. The living room and dining area are one large room with flat screen TV.
