This house is really close to the beaches, about 2 miles. The setting is a quiet street in a neighborhood close to military bases and beaches. Mary Esther is a very small city (1.5 SQ Mi) but it is away from the traffic jams & crowds. The house has split bedroom plan with 2 bedrooms on one side and master on the other side. Kitchen is fully furnished with essential items for cooking. Washer/dryer also available in garage. Two car attached garage. Wood burning fireplace (during winters) is also available for your use. This home is perfect for short as well as long term stays. There is a playground/park right down the street as well as tennis court. Guests have access to the entire house, garage and yard. The back yard is spacious for children to play and the back porch and patio are great for sitting out in the evenings and grilling. A charcoal BBQ grill is available for your use. (I provide charcoal) There is also a very nice propane grille for your use. I live directly across the street. If there is anything else needed just ask. My phone is always on me or I have someone available to answer any questions. This is a very quiet, relaxed neighborhood. No parties allowed on the property. We are a residential neighborhood so quiet time after 10 PM and before 9 AM. This home is located only minutes from the beaches and also the bases. The neighborhood is very safe for walking/jogging. There is a park with swings and a tennis court located 1/2 block away. Many restaurants located a short distance away. This is a very quiet neighborhood with little traffic and no through streets. Sometimes you can even hear owls at night while sitting in the back yard. If you are lucky you might see a black bear roaming around the area. Public transportation is located directly in front of the Santa Rosa Mall. Ubers are also available. There is a security system in the house for long term guests. Parking is allowed in the driveway and garage only. No parking on the street. Driveway is 3 wide and plenty enough space for parking. Bring your Boat, wave runner or RV!
