Cozy Waterfront Mountain retreat

Renovare Loft is the perfect place to Unplug, Refresh and Unwind from your busy life. The entire upstairs space is yours to enjoy, with a private entrance and deck. The space is 1100 Sq feet and includes a large master bedroom, 1 full bath, a spacious living area, a kitchenette with a microwave, electric skillet, coffee maker, small refrigerator, utensils, charcoal grill, coffee and an assortment tea and oatmeal will be provided as well. The kitchenette does not have a stove. Our outdoor space is perfect for sipping your morning coffee on your private deck as the sun risers or end your day roasting marshmallows while you sit by the rustling creek below. We live in the down stairs space of the home and have two little boys. We respect your privacy and would be available if you might need us for anything during your stay. This unforgettable mountain retreat is the perfect place to relax with access to hiking trails, minutes rom Vallecito lake which is 35 minutes from downtown Durango. There is a charcoal grill available. Charcoal not provided. The fire pit area is a shared space with tiny house guests. We do want you to know that there is a neighborhood dog named Kanga. She loves to come by for a visit from time to time and is very friendly.
