The master bedroom for 2 features a king size bed with an incredible picture window view thru the 12 foot patio door set overlooking the beach and lake! It also includes an en-suite privilege to the gorgeous bath with large glass shower and double vanity. The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen size bed plus a separate bunk bed with double mattress on the bottom and single above accommodating a total of up to 5 people. The 3rd bedroom with queen bed sleeps another 2 people and also features a view to the water and will sleep 2 people. There’s also another new bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The separate bunkie/4th bedroom noted above has a queen bed and a sleeper sofa offering space for up to 4 people. The bunkie also features a 4 piece bathroom with tub and shower. A/C and heat is also provided in that area. Back up to the main home, it features a huge open concept re-designed kitchen, dining and living room space and a sun room that overlooks the beach with spectacular views across the lake. There’s also a laundry room with 2 sets of washers and dryers. This is the largest lot in this exclusive group of only about 8 privately owned properties that back onto the public “Bay Beach” of Crystal Beach. New BBQ available for your use and also a fire pit subject to weather and any fire ban in effect. Plenty of onsite parking (garage is only for owner’s storage).
