The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. There is a large walk-in shower upstairs in the Master bath and a tub/shower combo on the mail level with the guest bathroom. SLEEPING A304 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed and also includes a 52 inch flat-screen Roku smart TV. The 2nd bedroom is large and comfortably fits two queen size beds and also has a flat-screen TV with cable. (4). LOCAL AREA A304 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation. A304 is located in the quieter "A" building which is a smaller section of North Coast Village across the street from the main building. It has its own pool, hot tub, commercial BBQ grills (which are cleaned daily), laundry facility, and ping pong table. The A building is unique in that you have much quicker access to the sand there than the other high-rise buildings without paying beachfront prices! You also will have access to the main area amenities with your gate key. If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrically located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking! **Please note the Amtrak coaster train is part of California coastal living and you may hear the choo choos of the train during your stay if windows or doors are open but all the windows in A304 have all been replaced with thick double-pane windows that mute any noise. **PLEASE NOTE there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
