It is on the route to Death Valley and Mojave Desert. Sun Angel House #3 Pahrump sits on 1 acre lot with private fenced yard. Guests can park their cars inside the gated private yard. It is more safer than other places. The space 3 bedrooms 2 baths small house. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need at home. Guest access Private fenced yard. ***Our host team reserve the right to access to the yard for maintenance.*** Other things to note ************************************* Note to Guests: We’re in the process of obtaining our Short-Term Rental License as required by the county. In the meantime, we’re only able to host monthly stays (31 days or more). Please message us before booking. Thank you for your understanding! ************************************** No Parties Are Allowed!! Without pre-approval by host $50 / person per night to be charged if bring extra guests to stay over night. This house is suitable for 6 or less guests. If you have more than 6 people, the extra guests have to sleep on the sofa but it won't be comfortable as bed. Wash Your Dishes. When You Leave, Please Put All Trash in The Trash Bin Outside of The House to Avoid Ants Coming In For Food. Please Do Not Throw Large Amounts Of Toilet Paper Into The Toilet, Otherwise It Will Clog The Toilet. To Avoid Ants and Pests Coming In To Look For Food, Please Don't Leave Garbage Inside House. Pet Needs Pre-approval By Host. No Smoking Inside The House. Electric Vehicle Charging Fee: $10 with host pre-approval $50 without pre-approval ***Regular outlet only. We don't provide 30 or 50 amp outlet. Due to we need more time to clean up before next guests check in especially during the covid-19 pandemic. Our Check Out Time is 11am. Here's the Late Check-out Options but need to be pre-approval by us: Check-out by 12pm without extra charge. Check-out by 1pm, half of the nightly rate will be charged. Check-out after 1pm, full nightly rate will be charged. We have BBQ grill but don't provide charcoal. You need to buy your own charcoal and clean it after you use it. Thank You!
